Not long after opening its tooling shop 40 years ago, Goodway established its own injection molding facility in Hong Kong. Today, Goodway has positioned itself as a company equipped with nearly 200 sets of advanced injection molding machines from manufacturers such as Arburg, JSW, Sumitomo, Nissei, Toshiba, Kawaguchi, Boy, and more. With this extensive array of machines and our continuous improvements, we have developed the capacity to manufacture a wide range of plastic parts, including those for 2K, 3K, Peek, Ryton, TPE, TPU, IMD, IML, thin wall, Co-molding, vertical molding, compression molding, liquid silicone LSR, and more.

In its earlier days, Goodway focused on manufacturing home appliances, including vacuum cleaners. However, the company now concentrates on producing precision plastic parts for industries such as hearing aids, acoustics, CCTV, medical devices, sensors, automotive components, valve systems, and various other sectors. These products demand precision and meticulous control over materials and processes. To meet these requirements, we rely on sophisticated systems such as ERP, RJG scientific molding, robots, dehumidifier dryers, moisture analyzers, visual robots, residence time control, and various other technologies.
