Our Project Management team performs an important function within our projects. Therefore, Goodway has been exerting extra efforts to establish a project management team consisting of 20 experienced staff members from China, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, North America, and Europe. Each project manager has a unique technical background from various industries to efficiently lead all projects and share their knowledge with customers, fine-tuning each project accordingly.
In addition to the Project Management team, we utilize various advanced tools such as DFM, mold flow simulation, APQP, PFMEA, 3D printing, 3D scanning, a material data platform, and more to control and minimize risks. With the added benefit of strong in-house tooling, molding, and various secondary capabilities, we have become one of the most flexible and efficient manufacturers of plastic parts, capable of executing projects ranging from concept to mass production.
